    Let me start off with the quality of the friendliness and customer service here. Outstanding. 10/5 on that. Ciera really helped me through the quote process and beat out all other local shops by a significant amount, who were trying to charge me fortune! Got my 22 SQ5 brakes and rotors serviced at a steal here! They use OE parts so no worries on the quality of the parts. As far as the service, Frank, the technician here was awesome. He did a great job on the vehicle, and actually walked me around my car lifted as he inspected the vehicle for me. They also run through previous record history to keep you in check of what your car may need done in the future. Very honest shop, good work, and awesome customer service here. Hard to find all 3 in one these days. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of any and all services pertaining to their vehicle. Especially expensive European branded cars.
